I have always liked Vinnie. I loved his call-in show on KJR back in the 90s. He did pretty good as the PM drive sports anchor on KIRO. He was okay on TV on Q13. The guy has a personality, and I always enjoyed him. I wish him the best.
 
Be nice if someone mentioned this is happening in Pittsburgh.

The way call letters get moved around today from one part of the country to another, the historic KDKA calls didn't necessarily have to be tied to FM in the Steel City.

But Googling proves that they are. And I too am happy to see Vinnie getting a fulltime gig.
