Virgin Boy vs Randi Rhodes and some notes

VB reappered on 6/21 so I gave him a listen. It was surprising that he decided to go on the Terry Schiavo topic which didn't hold my attention. Madame Randi was really revved up, though. Huge difference in personalities - one can see why she's national - along with the attitude she has the facts and she presents her argument with gusto.

Anyone notice how the two Jay Severin on this board did not get as much attention as the quips on Howie Carr and other topics? Does that mean radio insiders are not interested in Severin? I can't see how the Tucker Carlson thing is going to help him - the Dan Abrams show is so much better - wish they brought it back for the extra spins it was getting.

She, like every other idealogue chooses her "facts" to support her opinions. "Gusto", eh? I suppose that sounds better than "windbag".

I thought he quickly switched to "Should Romney run"?

At least it sounded like he didn't do that annoying thing with Sandy--
you know, "you'll speak only when I sound the horn from Planet of
the Apes"

Prob will hear occasional fill ins from VB the next few weeks, though it
looks like Giles Threadgold is retired.

They are both unlistenable.Randi Rhodes is a hack. Why are you posting personal messages to him/her here? in a thread not related to BCN?.
