Complain lies with FCC approval of dumping a station in a town 70 miles away from Seattle so "God" can have 50KW out of Seattle.
Remember when "community interest" was something FCC took more seriously than a checkbox that gets the same scrutity as the "I accept these terms" whenever you sign up for website or install software.
