VISION LATINA TV.

There's a new Spanish TV network that's starting up in the New Year called Vision Latina TV. Has anybody heard about it?

I checked Vision Latina's website and noticed a banner for a telenovela about Moses. I then watched a live stream of their Los Angeles affiliate, and after a while of watching the morning show's discussion about the FIFA World Cup, I saw an ad for the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God. I did some research, and I found out that the charismatic evangelical Christian denomination is the owner of Vision Latina. It appears that Vision Latina is a family-oriented entertainment network that is somewhat similar to what the CBN Cable Network was during the 1980s.

Yeah, I just checked it out. They've already got an English language channel on cable here in Boston.

Visión Latina has been on KJLA channel 57-1 in the Los Angeles market ever since the soon-to-be-defunct Azteca América moved its L.A. affiliation from there to KWHY channel 22-2 almost a year ago.
