VO Imaging 92.3 NOW

Isnt Rick Party doing VO for 98.7 Kiss FM? I heard his work on 92.3, and if he's hired by NOW, then who is doing Kiss FM, or why two stations in the same market having the same VO guy?
 
I was listening to Now the other night. I think the new voice is Dr. Dave, not Rick Party. But isn't Dr. Dave still on Kiss FM?
