Radio station beer? KZOK-102.5 was honored a while back by Bellevue Brewing Company, with an Electric Citrus IPA. Also, Scuttlebutt Brewing up in Everett makes a KEXP Transistor IPA, and according to reviews it's a sweet, floral beer. Never have had either.
I've been known to sneak a cold one once or twice INSIDE a radio station. As well as to enjoy one while LISTENING to one. But I've never seen or had a brew named after one.
As for VOA-Bethany, I do remember listening to it. The "commemorative beer" is a nice idea. Hopefully, at some point, I'll get a chance to sample one.
