VOA Transmitting Stations: Delano, CA??

Does anybody know for sure what the status is of the old VOA Transmitting facility at Delano, California?

I heard that ARINC and Globe Wireless were tenants on the property, or adjacent to it. Do they use all of the old VOA antennas and the buildings? Or, are they in separate facilities?
Is all the old VOA equipment still there, just mothballed or something?

Google and Bing maps seem to show an active-looking facility, with sat dishes and such.

Looks like the DIXON facility, near Sacramento, is the one that is being used by Globe Wireless and ARINC.

But, the DELANO facility, near Bakersfield, is the one I noticed looking fairly intact on the Google and Bing photos. Everything I've seen so far says it's "dead", and I remember an article from a couple of years ago, saying it was to be razed...some speculation about oil fields under it, even.

Anybody live around there, who might know something?
