Voice creation software has come a long way in the past few years and has gotten to be almost genuine (at least 90% believable). I recently started using it for some ID and promo spots. Other than being a little "quiet" 44 kbps (on a 128 kbps stream) they are working very well, and FREE. Discuss among yourselves.
