Michael Davis Joins KATZ Gospel Morning Team

CLEAR CHANNEL Black Gospel KATZ-A ST. LOUIS has tapped MICHAEL ADRIAN DAVIS to join the morning show. He will voice-track for the time being. The station is now positioning itself as “The New 1600 Hallelujah AM.”

Isn't this the current Hallelujah 95.7 morning host?? The one on the billboards that holds the pontiff looking Bible??

Yeah, that's the same personality.. He's voice-tracked in several other markets, that's Clear Channel's way of saving $$$ and cutting more people out of an on-air job. A majority of the Hallelujah FM announcers here are heard in more than just one market because the station in Memphis, is the flagship/model gospel station for Clear Channel Radio ..hence the "Hallelujah" brand. Would Michael A. Davis leave Memphis to be locally based out of St. Louis? Doubt it.. not such a good move, but who knows??
