WCAP 980AM Lowell does quite a bit of Saturday live shows with live Saturday morning local news w/temp and time from Downtown Lowell. Also, one Sunday brokered real estate show.

Who hosts the real-estate show? WCAP owner Sam Poulten is (or was) in the real estate business. Assuming that Poulten continues to own the real-estate business, it seems as though a real estate show on WCAP would be hosted either by Poulten himself or by one of his employees at the real estate firm. If so, the time-brokerage agreement would be a formality, with Poulten transferring money from one pocket to another.
