Hey everybody!I've had several requests for some pics of my make-shift but very serviceable voiceover booth, that I described in a post on the old RI board...So, I thought, rather than clog up everyone's email servers with the pics...I'd just post 'em on my site. You can check 'em out athttp://www.mikebrattonvoice.com/images_new/images_new.htmlTake care everybody!Mike Bratton,Voice Guywww.mikebrattonvoice.com

Thanks for sharing. This gives me some ideas for the school TV studio that I work with - this is something the students can put together and take down when it's not needed.

Love it! I have thought about buying an old antique telephone booth and using it (they look really cool, too). But, for now, my make-shift booth is a tv armoire that was purchased from a hotel furnishings store. There are two flap-hinged doors that open out and then slide in, with acoustical foam on the backside of the doors so that the foam is exposed to the inside walls when opened.

Very nice! I just built my own home studio in the last year. I still have some soundproofing to install, but it works fine otherwise. Not nearly as nice looking as yours though.

Hey Daniel..."....purchased from a hotel furnishings store"When you were there..did they sell any of those paper ribbons that go around a commode that say "Sanitized for your Protection"?I'd sure like to have a few of those babys!

not to my knowledge - i'll keep my eyes peeled though.

this place sells old hotel furniture (chairs, tables, tv hutches, ac/heating units, even coffee pots and microwaves).
