Voiceover work in South Florida

Hi, just wondering, in case I do move down here to take one of the broadcasting jobs I am looking into, how the market for voiceover work is. Obviously radio stations use their own talent for some of it, but in terms of recording studios, ad agencies, production houses, etc...is work available, at least on a freelance basis? Is anyone on this board involved in v/o work in the area? Thanks...RK
