It seems those who listen to Cat Country feel the station does a minimum if any voicetracking.B101 and Coast on the other hand employ it heavily I understand.Any opinions as to whether or not that will change. Will Everett have any control over this?Is the supposed lack of tracking on CTK a Hall Communications thing,a personal preference of Everett or something that the Cat Country staff just doesn't do_Or does Cat Country voicetrack but do a better job at it so it's more undetectable?Thoughts?

PDs have little control over it. From what I have read, and from various people that I know who are under the employ of Clear Channel, such decisions are made at a level higher than PD.

Which again boils down to budget. Also I think the jox at Cat Country do shorter airshifts so they have more time for off-air stuff. And I'm still not sure there isn't some midday tracking at Cat Country at least some of the time.
