Hi.I recently picked up a Volumax 4000 to use in my project studio. Can anyone tell me the layout on the input/output terminal strip? There are 10 terminals (labeled 1 thru 10) plus a double terminal on the far left and the far right. Thanks! ???

if it's like the 4440 and 4450 Audimax's, the entire board should slide out the frontwith it out, the in and out will be apparentthe 4440 and 4450 used an 8-pin connector at one rear corner, not terminal stripsyou positive its a 4000 ?

Barrett,Let me know how it sounds when you get it up and running. I've heard they really can hold them levels! Someone makes a new version of the Volumax. Cost out the ying yang but i hear it sounds great! Warm and velvity.Another vintage processor i liked was the Pacific Recorders Mult-maxx. Mid/late 70's OOOWEE!! talk about SMACK! Of course my all time favs were the La2a, La3a levelers from Universal audio. La4's were good too. They sound great on mic's!!!

It must be different than the 4440/4450 Audimax. It's definitely a Volumax 4000. There isn't an 8 pin connector, just the terminal strips. I'm on the case and I'll throw a post up when I figure it out. Thanks for the advice.
