Considering the poor review of the Insignia portable NS-HD02, and that it was pulled from Best Buy's and Amazon's websites, iBiquity's botched implemetation of Artist Experience and lack of stations implementing it, has resulted in a TSB for Volvo for the Premium VIII radio having blank screens:

Sorry, the TSB is for Volkswagen, not Volvo. Volvo and BMW have TSBs for HD Radio Troubleshooting. :D
