Demo both, and ask the factory folks for starting settings for your airchain and format.
I'd bridge feed them, and put a relay in the output feed to the transmitter where I could A/B them.
 
I totally agree with Mr. Littlejohn here. Get demos on both so that you can do an honest side by side comparison. I know people who love both, but in the end, it's your own decision. And don't be afraid to call and ask questions about setup, either! Both companies want their processors out there and will work with you if you will take the time to set them up properly.
