Remember that Bustos already has one of his four formats on the air in Sacramento (Ke Buena, KTTA 97.9). The remainder are the niche oldies format "Recuerdo;" "La Gran D" (which just went on the air in Chico), a blend of Rancheras, Norteñas, Banda, Grupos, Tejano and Cumbia (18-49 demo); and "Magia," an AC/pop hybrid aimed at females. It would make the most sense for him to put one of those on KXCL, and I'd vote for Magia.
