once again...an uplifting...positive post from spew.
what in the wide wide world of sports are you doing on a radio board (since you hate everything and everyone radio) ?
 
Chris ~ hell, if "he" really does hate everything and everybody in radio then (great),,,,spew,,,, is a CEO/CFO of one or five of the radio companies starting
with a "C"? Let's just hope it's not Clear Channel.
 
I could have sworn that I heard Bob August doing traffic on one Lightning 100 this morning. If Metro Traffic and News has folded, who will do the traffic and news for most of the station now?

Funny, Bob was also live and kickin on Mix this morning. Maybe Spew should suggest that KDF is staying country so it will flip back to rock making the whole world happy and proving he is wrong 200% of the time.

Michael Higgins (working outta his house via a FIBER LINE) still does TRAFFIC REPORTS for radio stations & NewsChannel 5.

Dave Nichols (former radio guy? & MASTER Bulls**t artist) is now filling the morning traffic slot @ NewsChannel 5...

can someone in RADIO...PLEASE come & get him???? ;D

Dave Nichols has been doing the MORNING TRAFFIC REPORTS @ NewsChannel 5 since at least late Summer/Early Fall. I still hear Michael Higgins on the radio and he still does the traffic reports on NewsChannel 5's 4 and 5 PM newscast.
 
by-the-way.... WOLD was a REAL radio station (1k day-timer) in the small town of MARION,VA...

i used to pass by it as i drove up to Charlottesville,VA back in the mid 70s
 
The FM there on 102.5 is still WOLD-FM, licensed to Marion I think. Playing Classic rock last time I was on I-81 headed to WV.

BTW, does anyone have a CD copy of the studio version of that song? I can only seem to find live versions. TM Century Gold doesn't have it.
