W Radio Officially Debuts in Southern California

Grupo Latino de Radio's XTRA-AM/Tijuana-San Diego, which also covers the Los Angeles market, will officially launch its Spanish News/Talk/Sports "W Radio" format in a ribbon-cutting ceremony set for today at the station's Burbank, CA facility. XTRA-AM's move to Spanish-language programming came on Feb. 6, and the station has been carrying programming from GLR's syndication lineup.
