Anyone have the 25-54s?

The 18-34 battle is now set. The KISS, KZON & KUPD fight will be decided by electronic measurement. Rim shots begone.

Should be interesting...

Interesting look at the final paper dairy book. Thanks for the numbers folks.

More interesting however is KKFR's fall from glory. I was reminded of this while driving along side one of their station promo vehicles on 202 Freeway today. I decided to [try] to tune them in. Once again I was reminded that you cannot pick up this station on any of the major arteries in town. PPM is indeed the final nail for the Power brand. The irony of all of this is that Bruce St. James began his battles at Power 92.3 against a station with no signal (KPTY) and is now finished at a station with very same signal issues that he once fought against defending his Power 92 brand. Kind of ironic.

Congrats to all of the winners in the book that will go down in history.

Keepin' it Real...cause it's the Real Thing to do

Oops... you all got a free look at the "extraps" for the single month of March alone, not the book. Here is the full 3 month book, 25 54, Mon Sun, 6 to Mid.

What you will see is that individual months bounce all over the place, in no special order. But the diary is gone, and the PPM has ended its first 4-week cycle.... with several significant stations not encoding!

Thanks for the clarification David. It'll be interesting to see what this list looks like in July. I did happen to notice that KFYI did extremely well in all dayparts and also noticed that the CBS/KMLE move on Tim & Willy paid off as they shot into the top 3 in AM Drive.

No humbles.

...and we were looking forward to that pie this year! Doggone shame that useless Ancient Modulation talk station keeps beating the one on FM with three times the budget. Nurse Jeff and I now look at 102~Five as the most likely home of KFWhyEye on FM....after all, they're already on it's HD-2 frequency!

KNIX has got to be raking in the "heritage dollars" still, sort of like KDKB outbilling KSLX (not by much though), despite the fact that KDKB has been limping for many years now.

Wow, Aunt Carlos (is he ever coming back?) and Mac and Cheese, plus "Mr. Panic" Glenn Beck aren't doing it.

Even with the great FM sound.

But, the real question is: Who got better ratings 1100 or 1440? (it could be just 2-3 listeners difference, which could be a lot, percentage wise... :D )

Ancient Modulation, No budget, no program director and a winner- Congrats to KFYI!!

too bad you can't sell rush's numbers. no nat'l advertiser will go near him. the doors to a radio station are only open to make coin...not have big ratings you can't convert

I'm disappointed to see all of this FM News Talk 92.3 [Did I mention they are on FM?] KT'R bashing taking place.

In the spirit of Hope and Change, I would like to propose that KFYI and other successful radio stations be required to re-distribute some of their ratings share to the lesser stations in the market.

KT'R is simply too big to fail and we must do everything possible to ensure the success of this heritage station.

Additionally, I think Bill Johnsons should be required to re-name their apple pie to "Humble Pie" and serve it for $0.923, or, free to all Cheap Channel employees. P-Mac and Jay-Z should also be entitled to free Humle Pie. It's only fair! ;D

Ouch: KNIX completely lifeless KKFR and KZON too

Are you basing that on 25-54's? Seems odd... Wonder if anyone can throw up 18-34?

The only things "Heritage" about KNIX now are the call letters.
Long gone are the internal pride and talent, and the leadership of a great team.
sad.

Does anyone know who makes more money in ads? 923 or 550?

"102 point 550" KFYI coming soon? Didja notice their news reporters lock out their reports just saying "KFYI News" with no mention of the call letters? May be nothing at all, may be something..... CC killed KNIX and it's a dang shame. Buck's rolling over in his grave.

ktar-fm dominates kfyi by almost 30%. you can't sell rush and sean
