W219BA-FM 91.7FM-- 106.5 from Long Island question

I was noticing that the FCC is allowing Sacred Heart University's translator to Move to 106.5 in Central Long Island. I was curious if this means an opening to the 91.7 Frequency in the New Haven Area a lot more (being a DJ on 91.7 WXCI with our signal already making it to Just north of Bridgeport and new Haven area makes me a lot more curious) or what happens to 91.7FM. is SHU allowed to only use 106.5 or both 91.7 and 106.5...
