W21EF Get's License Granted

W21EF has moved to Fond Du Lac Wisconsin, licensing information shows it's transmitting from 15 N Marr St in Fond Du Lac Wisconsin at only 135 watts. The station's license had been granted. This is most certainly interesting because it's last broadcast was earlier this year - where it was simulcasting Green Bay's local stations - like Channel 2, 5, 14, 26 etc.

Now I question it because we went from seeing the station acting like a translator and they were broadcasting channel 2, channel 5, channel 14, and channel 26 just recenlty that went dark on TV 21 and nothing is present and It's Making me wonder is this station even on the air?
