An app was filed today to move WENN-AM's translator W222BK currently at 92.3 to 92.5. Wouldn't this be an issue with WYDE-FM which is also at 92.5? Is Crawford Broadcasting planning on surrendering the license for WYDE-FM?
Looks like it has a pretty tight null towards WZJTWQOPWXJCWPHCWXJC WYDE-FM so maybe it will not cause any problems. It's just a class A so it doesn't have that big of an area for protection.
The strike marks through the call letters...lolol. I actually typed in the wrong/previous call sign for 92 5 as WXJC-FM when I first started this thread, then realized my error and corrected it.
The move to 92.5 was granted today, 6/22. FCC.today shows the new/pending call sign as W223DO (still currently showing as W222BK on FCCdata.org, however).
The originating station for the translator has been updated to WBHJ (to be HD4).

They still have to protect any full powered signals that are located between 92.3 FM and 92.9 FM. WTUG to the west and possibly WLWI to the southeast would protest them, if said relay were to cause interference with their signals. Those stations do have a marginal signal in Shelby County. Been known to hear them, at times, when visiting Calera, Alabaster and Pelham.

An update: WYDE is off the air. Just discovered it from Mr. Zach's Alabama Broadcast Media Page.
