W224BE on carrying WFLA-AM

This afternoon my truck radio scan stopped on 96.7 and there was WFLA-AM. I was in Palm Harbor so this translator was booming in from its Holiday tower. But which tower??? I clicked on the ASRN 1028283 on the FCC database and it came up with the dismantled WXTB tower! Oooops.

WXTB Tower

The WXTB tower is still standing. It was the channel 10 tower that was taken down. Channel 10 has moved to Riverview

Just caught this one earlier today. Caught it from a parking lot in Brandon very well. As for WZPH-LP, I was still getting it, albeit faint like before, on Thursday driving up 4 by Plant City. Do translators trump LP license grants, or vice-versa?

Is this the 96.7 that used to carry joy fm? I lived in Brandon and at any given time could hear joy fm on 3 signals 91.5, 93.7 and 96.7

This may be the translator Doctor Doctor on WZPH LP 96.7 is referring to when he says "Help, an AM radio station is blocking out the Zephyr".
