What's on the Withers translator he purchased dark from Horizon? Was off the air since it nwas built. Ch 229, 93.7 Says its supposed to be WRUL but is the Carmi AM on it?
 
REC shows it as a translator of WAPO 90.5, an American Family Association religious station in Mt. Vernon. Not sure if that's the most up-to-date info, though.
 
The translator was licensed in Fairfield and off for over a year but a new application shows WAPO. I have been told WRUL is on it but WROY may be on it.
