Well, both are silent now.
W230AM 107.9 has filed an STA to remain silent for 180 days in hopes the FCC announces a major change window, as there is no minor change they couyld make. However, they state, that if a major change window was opened, they could possibly file for a change.

I also googled the address of BHAGWAN DADLANI, the translator licensee. He is a Doctor in Greenville Mississippi and the address for him goes back to a "Center For Women" part of a local hospital there...
I hope WKXN gets all this fixed and moved, I liked listening to them when I was in Montgomery
