W237EH 95.3 off air for weeks

Just got around to posting this here, but the WVCH 740 translator in Collingswood has been absent for pushing two weeks now. not that many have missed it, and in fact it being off air has allowed for me to pick up some DX. I presume either transmitter maintenance, or they haven't paid for the rent of the tower or something related to that.

Enlighten me as to how TX maintenance is a random idea? Uhh hmm, oh that's right! It's not.
 
95.3 Is a waste of signal, a few investors have come out and offer to buy that signal but they refuse to sale, all they want is to lease but no one is interested in renting that signal.
