This has certainly been an interesting saga to follow. I honestly wasn't sure how the FCC would rule on the objections raised by Marble City Media and was kind of surprised to see it's just a proposed fine and not a proposed license cancellation.

One thing is certain, even if the license transfer to Riviera goes through, I don't think it'll be the end of the objections filed by Marble City Media, since it seems the interference issues have not really been resolved yet. Or have they? It's hard to tell from the weaving wobbly story this has been.
