W261BX change of primary station

The pieces of the puzzle are beginning to fit together. A few days ago, someone on my friend's list on Facebook mentioned that WBPT was broadcasting an HD2 channel but there was no audio. This was news to me, as I was unaware that WBPT even broadcast in HD. An app has been filed to change the primary station for W261BX translator at 100.1 FM currently rebroadcasting WBHJ-HD3 (WAGG audio). The new originating station for W261BX will be...WBPT HD2.

So maybe a new format for 100.1? Or will the station continue to air WAGG's programming, just from WBPT HD2 rather than WBHJ HD3? If the latter, what happens with WBHJ HD3?

Are we amatuer peeons qualified enough to take guesses and discuss this, @passtheword @tomservo ?
