You know, WLEV always comes in parts of downtown Philly with a decent signal. That was years ago.

The question is, why on earth is the FCC filling up the FM band with wasted signals in recent years!!!??? These stations like the new Gospel format on 100.7 won't make the ratings and are subject to format change like every couple of months. What a waste!
