WABC - 1965 BLACKOUT

Oh, my.

I have waited years to hear the actual replay.

I was a kid living in Wilmington, Delaware on Nov. 9, 1965 and was doing homework listening to "Big Dan" (as usual) at the time -- and will never forget this moment in time.

Thanks for sharing. What a piece of history!
 
I was in my father's gas station after grade school,transistor radio always on hand, I remember it vividly, and then asking my dad what it all meant, very sci fi type of situation back then, no one was prepared for it
 
What is amazing is that with everything falling apart and failing around him....Big Dan somehow keeps the format together and presses on. True pro.
