I suppose Mancow is sort of like Todd Schnitt in Tampa, who hosts a nationally-syndicated conservative-leaning program ("Schnitt Show") based at WFLA-AM, but in the morning, he's "MJ Kell" on sister CHR station WFLZ-FM.
Except for the fact Mancow has no home station for this syndicated morning show, not since WKQX/Chicago dumped him in 2005 or so.
Yes, WLS-AM DID have Mancow on their weekday lineup, but it was a separate two-hour WLS-only show that was done right after the conclusion of the syndicated program. (Recall how, when Rush first aired in New York, he hosted a two-hour WABC-only show, and then the two-hour syndicated show that WABC
didn't air in favor of existing ABC Radio product.)
