To the hip hop listeners of Waco. Embrace and appreciate the fact that you have 104.9 The Beat. First and foremost, this station is owned by an individual and not Radio One, Clear Channel, CBS, or any other Media Corporation. Believe me, you can tell the difference. I've been checking out this station and I am hooked! The Beat reminds me of what K104 here in market #5 used to sound like back in the day. 104.9 might have signal limitations right now, but trust me when I say, it is worth adjusting your antenna or even putting foil on it to hear the quality of this station, because radio do not sound like this anymore.
