Noticed today that 104.9 KQRX (Mexia-Waco) has flipped from Country to Urban.

The new call letters, I beleive, are KWBT. The moniker is "104.9 The Beat." I'm assuming they are now broadcasting on the new stick...signal seemed a bit stronger today in Waco proper. With 97.9 out of Dallas, this makes 2 stations in the Waco Arbitron calling themselves "The Beat." Wonder if that was even considered before this decision was made?

More moving and shaking involving 3 or 4 FM signals is expected in Waco later this month.
