WADK-AM signal

Just thought some here would find it interesting that WADK-AM has been coming in crystal clear here in South-Eastern NJ since WNWR-AM has been off the air.

Had it on in the car from Manahawkin, NJ to Atlantic City, NJ loud and clear 99% of the time.

That salt-water path really is amazing!

Re: WADK signal

What was WADK playing @ that time? Was it their syndicrap or was it smooth jazz (which they used to sometimes run)? WADK's got a good signal into Providence.

With the big 50,000 watt 1540 in Albany reportedly shutting down for good, does that mean that WADK can finally upgrade?

WDCD is back on the air; not sure if it's running the full 50 kW. I do know WADK had a limited PSSA of 150 watts. Unsure if they have that as a PSRA, though.
