WADL to air the Harlem Globetrotters basketball live on August 18th; Could the station be sold to Gray Media and air the Pistons games this fall?

Gray is very unlikely to have any interest in acquiring WADL (a channel available on NONE of the streaming services and with poor OTA coverage in the western third or more of the market), but perhaps Bridge Media LLC would be interested. WADL can assert must carry on local cable systems, and its OTA signal despite its shortcomings would still be a big upgrade when compared to WHNE-CD.

No one is going to offer nearly as much as the $75 million that Mission was offering.
 
Bridge Media LLC might be bleeding cash. There are rumors a shut down of NewsNET is imminent.

Guess we can rule them out as a possible suitor.
