WAGA license control transfer

Fox O&O WAGA broadcast a public notice on their air today that the control of their license is being transfered from Rupert Murdoch to the Fox Entertainment Group.

Does anybody know what is going on? Is Rupert Murdoch and News Corporation splitting up Fox, or is this another legal manuver?

I read about this a while ago. It's nothing more than a legal thing. Rupert Murdoch had owned the stations as a legalized citizen, some such thing, but for the Fox company. This is only intended to make company finances simpler.
