WAIC Springfield being ID'd on WNPR

I've heard an interesting TOH ID on WNPR today... I heard the usual WNPR/HD1 Meriden, WEDW-FM Stamford, WRLI-FM Southampton, WPKT/HD1 Norwich.... but then I heard WAIC Springfield twice today, once at noon and once at 2. I can't get WAIC in Connecticut, does anybody know what's up?

Is the CPBN expanding?
 
It would help if CPTV could at least get the call letters right in the headline! These sorts of things confuse the average listener enough as it is. It's WAIC, not WIAC! Geez...... ::)
