Not likely. The tower geometry is not conducive to such a pattern and the height is less than 45 deg. leading to extremely poor efficiency Never mind it's farther out by a couple miles. Then the is the shoe horn of protection with WNOV to the northeast and KFUO to the southwest. Hence the peanut pattern.

Unless they can do any form of omni at greatly reduced power from a different site, they're done.

Being that it was directional even when they were 500 watts, it would have to be pretty low power if they had to do ND somewhere.
