Waiting for Christmas in Columbus...

Looks like we’re going to be waiting awhile again this year for 93.3 to flip to Christmas (if they even do so) looking at least year they waited till Thanksgiving to flip. I went back and looked at history of the last few years and if and when they flip this year will be still one of the latest for them over the last few years.

Now this is good timing.
Early November is too much. I don't care what Hallmark Channel says.

I don't 100 % disagree - but in the past 93.3 has seen a little edge when they have flipped way early - if I am not mistaken last year Sunny did better during the Christmas book despite them both pretty much flipping at the same time. (Honestly I like Sunny's mix over The Bus) though this year I find myself listening to 95.9 The Fish - Salem plays a heavy dose of 'mainstream' Christmas music on their "Today's Christian Music" feed.

I guess I'm old school. I enjoyed it more when the stations used to sprinkle in Christmas music over time from Thanksgiving until a day or two before the big day when the stops were pulled out.

I'm in your camp Del. I do not dislike Christmas music by any stretch, but I find myself barely listening to it until maybe the 22nd or 23rd.
