Waking up with the Wolf returns in November.

From Wolf's Facebook page:

"THE SHOW WILL RETURN IN NOVEMBER WITH THE BEST LINE UP FROM SHOWS PAST. WILL IT BE ON 100.9 CAN'T SAY
But you will be able to hear it on any device,. No corp BULLSHIT and NO RESTRICTIONS on content. It will be like to best of the old show ON SPEED. Details coming"

"You guys have NO idea how this show will be everything we always wanted to do but could not because of big corp radio. You will be able to hear it at home, on your mobile device, through an show app, in your car"

He also says there will be NO MUSIC, just content. If all of the 'corporate radio" restrictions are off the table, I would be thinking satellite radio. His old show was on Clearchannel's iheartradio app, so I don't see why he'd have to mention an app to hear the show unless it's not on the radio.

His team moving to 100.9 does not make financial sense to me. Podcast? Satellite?

Good News Fans ... Wolf has just joined Spreaker, stay tuned for his upcoming podcast and come listen to thousands of quality shows! More News To Come!!
From Wakin Up with the Wolf facebook page

My guess: It'll be a home-based Internet radio show. This way the FCC isn't involved. The listeners will have to pay a subsription per month to listen, gotta pay the talent...If this is the case, How much per month?

I liked his show and would listen when he starts back up, but I refuse to pay or go out of my way to listen. That's one of the difficulties he will have. You have to make things convenient for listeners. Other than the 100 or so fans on his page that would pay, I don't see that taking off.

This is my guess. If a station didn't pick him up and he wants to go Internet radio, good luck! It's not cheap. He would have to charge his "Following"...If it's him and his crew and commericals...Big $$...The advertisers would help pay for his crew.

I really hope that they don't go to 100.9! WKLI is a really good music intensive rock station....and they don't need an idiotic morning show.... that would totally detract from the entire station!

Sources at ABC say it ain't happening. Wolf has been barking up that tree for a long time, they don't want the hassle.
