WALE news

WKKB has left the building.WALE is on the air sort of and the massage parlor (yea, right) is rumoured to be moving into the old WALE and WKKB studio's.
People were giving alot of money to that place. At least now they will get a bang for the buck.
kidding by the way

Kenny:

Are you trying to say that the "massage parlor" currently located on the first floor at 1185 North Main St. will be taking over the entire building, or just moving their operation from the first floor to the second floor?

And, if there is no place at 1185 North Main for 990, could this mean they will be sharing space at 127 Dorrance Street with co-owned WARL 1320?

Could be just a coincindence, but 1320 was off the air for a good part of the day today......

As an addendum to reply #1: For those who might not think 990 and 1320 are related, since they are owned by, respectively, Cumbre Communication, and ADD Radio Group, I would suggest a closer look at the records.

The thing these two sad-sack stations have in common is one Peter Arpin, owner of 79 percent of Cumbre, and 100 percent of ADD Radio Group.

By my reading of the records, these two dumps are co-owned.

Must be similar to Davidson Media Group and BlackStrap Radio LLC. Peter Davidson is in chage of both properties. BlackStrap is the company he started to buy WWZN in Boston and WSNR in NYC from Sporting News Radio.

Are there any non English speaking countries we could visit and find 3 English speaking stations?
