I enjoy the music on 106.3. It comes in loud and clear in Kingston NY. It identifies itself as WALL in Middletown NY. Yet on Google search, I don't find any association between the call letters and the frequency. Is this a new happening?
This is W292CM Poughkeepsie, which is owned (like WALL) by Bud Williamson's Digital Radio Broadcasting. It gets the WALL programming via WPDH-HD3, which Bud leases from Townsquare.
All the sub-channel and simulcast lingo is too technical for me. All I know is it comes in best on 106.3, calls itself WALL, and it has good music. Thanks for the info!
I have listened to WALL on 106.3, Poughkeepsie for years. I have also noticed WALL on 106.5 comes in better than 106.3 on Poughkeepsie's south side and south. It is W293AE, Newburg with only 10 watts, so this is rather surprising .
