Wally Quits

Wally has left the new building of death, Cumulus/Atlanta. They didn't want him on the air, so he has quit. I am really happy for Wally and I wish him well.

Wally just told me, yes, he quit. "I got hosed," he said. "They kept silencing me. The new owners don’t like me." Yet he was trying not to be bitter: "It’s their choice. It’s their business. It’s not a surprise. They have the right to do that for me."

"I had to get out so bad, I didn't care," he added.

He's a producer and shouldn't have been on the air in the first place, three voices on a morning show are enough, his laugh and religious diatribes were never needed anyway.
