He was the general manager at KPLX in their "T-SOYL" days (The Sound of Your Life) and also briefly when they transitioned to Country in 1980. Tom Taylor in his morning e-mail mentioned that Mr. Tucker passed away in Arkansas at the age of 67.

I remember him as a really nice guy to work for back in the day. Condolences to his family.
