Mr. Richard Matthews is doing an awesome job, with his midday program, for those wondering.  This guy is very smart and knows a thing or two about the music, I'm now hearing, on ALEX FM.

P.S. I see this new format doing very well for WALX.  Had my doubts but since they're expanding their playlist and are digging even deeper into their new library, this station is really impressing me.
