The translator rules were different when we had WZUM. When it appeared the rules were changing, the price of our little AM station started to go up and several people began knocking on the door. Keep in mind, when we purchased 1550 in 2013, no one wanted it. We paid around $20K (assets and legal fees) for the station. Two years later, it was a different market.
