WAMO HD?

Good list...isn't WQED-FM doing a multicast now, too? They may have been among the market's first but the list here seems to indicate no multicast.

Actually, I hope QED doesn't do multicasting, I enjoy the full bandwidth (96kbps) of their primary HD and since they use little gain controlling and processing it's a pleasure to drive I-79 listening to QED in HD without the hiss/pops/crackle/fade outs/multi-pathed interference that analog FM gives us.
mind you I love multicasting, it's the future of FM Radio, and without turning this post into another banner waving HD event. I'll leave my comments about QED stand. Multicasting right now has to be deeply processed to sound good, which mine do :) and until the FCC phases out the analog and then each multicast will be CD quality and by that time each station could have 4 or more CD quality channels and that won't be for at least 10+ years.

I can get into more details of how multicasting works if your interested just send me an email [email protected]
