Whats the deal with the new 100 WAMO?? How come it doesn't show up in the ratings and whats the line up? It's the only real Urban or at least Rythmic in Pittsburg...I'd assume itd show up with numbers and have a nice line up like the old WAMO did

It isn't listed in the public 6+ Arbitron numbers because only subscribing stations get listed. If you notice, WSHH and the Froggy stations aren't listed either, same reason.

Last numbers I saw, WAMO gets about a 1-share 6+ and does OK in women 18-34. Pretty good for only having 100 watts on FM.

They carry the syndicated Ricky Smiley show mornings, not sure what else is up the rest of the day.

BDS has WAMO listed as a Rhythmic and is part of the Rhythmic Indicator panel, since they cannot be monitored because of their status as a AM daytimer with a FM translator. Apart from Smiley, most of their lineup is local.

100 watts?????????

That's pretty typical for translators. They're intended to fill in coverage gaps, not to blanket a geographic area.

Considering I was able to drive from Bridgeville to the airport and back again
without losing them, that 100 watts is pretty impressive!
