WANE-TV changes at the anchor desk...

Last week was Heather Herron's last as WANE's 5, 6, and 11 PM News anchor. She left for a position with Sweetwater...probably for the better.
Her replacement? Terra Brantley, WANE's long time morning anchor.
Now comes down the line Brett Thomas, the OTHER 5, 6, and 11 PM anchor, is headed back to Grand Rapids to work for the Kent County government.
Rich Reynolds of FW Mediawatch suggests others are headed out the door at WANE.
We shall see, as they say.
Who's "They" anyway???? :)
 
One rumor floated on Facebook by Fort Wayne's media watchdog Rich R. is that Rod may head to Louisville to reconnect with Hannah Strong (for reasons of the heart, not of the broadcast or journalistic reasons.)
Wouldn't be the first, won't be the last to chase the affairs of the heart over the checkbook...
